Our story
About Intelligent Care Inc.
We did not set out to build software. We set out to fix something broken.
Healthcare across much of the world runs on paper, guesswork, and disconnected systems that were never designed for the people using them. Patients wait hours with no information. Doctors make decisions without complete records. Hospitals lose revenue to billing errors and unclaimed insurance funds. Pharmacies run out of critical drugs with no warning. Labs flag critical results that never reach the right doctor in time.
We saw this and could not look away.
Intelligent Care Inc. was founded by two young builders who believed that the same intelligence transforming finance, logistics, and education could transform healthcare — if someone was willing to build it right, from scratch, for this market.
ICOS is that system. Not adapted from a Western product. Not a basic record-keeping tool with a modern interface. A complete, AI-powered operating system — built specifically for the complexity, the regulations, the payment infrastructure, and the languages of the markets we serve.
CarePal is the other side of the same coin. While ICOS runs the health organisation, CarePal puts the patient in control — their records, their queue position, their Precious AI doctor, always in their pocket.
We are early. But we are serious. And we are just getting started.

Barginton architects the technical foundation of ICOS and CarePal. He leads engineering with a deep belief that the right technology, built with care, can fundamentally change how healthcare works.
